How discovery works

We intentionally manage discovery and onboarding capacity to protect service levels for existing clients. Discovery calls are conducted in scheduled blocks each week.

Backlog and scheduling

New development projects are added to our schedule in the sequence in which orders are fully settled. At times, the backlog for new projects can be several weeks. This allows us to continue supporting existing clients with short-notice replenishment work.

Important

Discovery calls are the entry point to a commercial service. We do not provide detailed technical advice, formulation reviews, indicative quoting, or sourcing work during discovery calls unless those services have been formally engaged.

Support model: Discovery calls are generally handled by sales staff. General questions about process, QA, and capabilities can be covered at that stage, but technical assessment, formulation review, material pricing, and detailed quoting are paid services.
