Supplement Manufacturing for Australian Brands in Brisbane

Overview

Summary

Manufacturing Health Solutions (MHS) is a Brisbane contract manufacturer for food-grade supplements. We blend powders and make liquid solutions/tinctures, then pack into jars, pouches or bottles with batch coding and labelling—ready for fulfilment. We specialise in small–medium runs for Australian brands that need compliant production without therapeutic (TGA-listed) claims. Our Brendale facility manages raw-material intake, batch records, in-process QA checks and final release for each batch. We can also support white-label projects and provide supplement 3PL to streamline your supply chain. Send your brief (formula, target serving size, packaging format and volumes) and we'll confirm feasibility, MOQs and timelines.

How it works

Our Process

  1. Technical brief & feasibility (formula, serve size, packaging, volume)
  2. Quotation with MOQs and indicative timelines
  3. Material intake & QA release
  4. Manufacture: blending / liquid batching → filling → labelling → coding
  5. Final release → palletise → dispatch or 3PL storage

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, you can. We often work with client-supplied raw ingredients or special packaging. We'll coordinate delivery to our Brisbane factory — note that a processing fee (about $150 per delivery) applies for handling external ingredients or packaging. We ensure any materials you provide meet our quality standards before use.

Yes — if you have a preferred ingredient supplier, we can procure from them as long as they meet our quality and compliance checks. Our team is flexible in sourcing to ensure you get the exact ingredient or component you trust, integrated into our supply chain process.

We focus on powder and liquid supplement manufacturing in-house. Capsules or tablets are not made on-site; however, we can help you source and import capsules/tablets through our white-label service if needed. This hybrid approach lets you still brand capsules while we manage quality via trusted partners.

We can produce very small batches. Generally, ~25 kg of powder blend (which yields roughly 300 units in tubs) is a common minimum. Final MOQ depends on your formula and packaging. We confirm batch size and the number of sellable units in your personalised quote so there are no surprises.

  • Step 1: We review your formula and packaging needs (feasibility check).
  • Step 2: You receive a quote detailing costs, MOQ, and lead time.
  • Step 3: Upon approval, we order ingredients and packaging, then blend or mix the product.
  • Step 4: We fill and label the product, applying batch codes and expiries.
  • Step 5: After final QA, the batch is released for pickup or 3PL storage. Throughout this process, we maintain batch records for traceability.

We operate in a food-licensed facility and follow strict HACCP principles. Each supplement batch comes with documented ingredient traceability and in-process QC checks. We verify that any nutrition or health claims on your label meet FSANZ standards for foods, keeping your product compliant and safe.

Yes. We provide guidance on label content — for example, the nutrition panel and ingredient list format to meet FSANZ requirements. Our house graphics and compliance team can even help design or review your artwork. Every product gets a batch/expiry code on its label as we package it.

We primarily manufacture custom formulations that you bring to us. Unlike some large manufacturers, we don't keep a catalog of stock supplement formulas — however, we do offer an Import & White Label service to source finished products if you need a fast market entry. In those cases, we leverage trusted overseas partners for "off-the-shelf" products which we then relabel for you.
