Import & White Label — Supplements & Cosmetics

Faster route to market with one Brisbane partner: overseas sourcing, freight & customs, AU-compliant relabelling and packaging.

Source, Import and Launch — One Accountable Partner

MHS qualifies overseas manufacturers, coordinates production and freight, then completes AU-compliant relabelling and packaging in Brisbane. We focus on food-type supplements and non-TGA cosmetics, aligning labels to the Food Standards Code for foods and considering AICIS obligations for cosmetics. Where applicable, we check DAFF/BICON import conditions.

How it works

  1. Supplier due diligence: capability, certifications (e.g., GMP/ISO/HACCP), specs & MOQ.
  2. Production & QC: samples (if needed), batch docs/CoAs, packaging proofs.
  3. Freight & customs: air/sea, customs broker coordination, import paperwork.
  4. Relabelling & pack: AU-compliant labels, batch coding, consumer-ready presentation.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. We manufacture cosmetics (non-TGA) and handle import/white-label of food-type supplements. If a product or its claims would trigger TGA regulation, we’ll flag this early so your brief, labels and advertising stay compliant.

In Australia, the business that introduces (imports or manufactures) industrial chemicals must be registered with AICIS. We guide obligations, but the brand owner remains responsible for holding registration where required.

Some materials are subject to DAFF biosecurity conditions in BICON and may require permits. We check BICON at quoting and coordinate documentation if a permit is needed.

Claims must comply with FSANZ Standard 1.2.7. We align label text and will highlight if a proposed claim needs to be revised or substantiated to meet the Standard.

MOQ and timeline depend on product form and shipping mode (air vs sea). We confirm MOQ and provide a project plan with your quote.
