We store and fulfil dry, sealed, non-hazardous food-grade supplements and cosmetics — for example: protein powder tubs, pill bottles, sachet boxes and cosmetic jars. All products must have compliant labelling and a reasonable shelf life. We do not store temperature-controlled goods by default; temperature-controlled or hazardous items can be handled only by prior arrangement and agreement on special procedures and costs. If helpful, we can review your labels for regulatory completeness before onboarding.

We connect your Shopify store so orders flow directly to our warehouse management system. When a customer purchases on your site, our team picks, packs and ships the order. We aim to ship the same day for orders received before CUT_OFF_TIME; otherwise we ship next business day. Tracking numbers and inventory levels sync back to Shopify. We primarily integrate with Shopify but can also support WooCommerce and other platforms on request.

We dispatch daily via Australia Post and common couriers and can pass on our negotiated rates where applicable. If you prefer to use your own courier account, we can integrate it so shipments use your negotiated rates. During onboarding we’ll recommend the most cost-effective setup for your volumes and destinations.

Yes — we offer returns processing. Returned items come to our warehouse for inspection. We will restock only items that are unopened, untampered and safe for resale; opened or compromised items are quarantined and disposed of or returned to you per your instructions. We update your inventory automatically and can dispatch replacements for exchanges. Please refer to our full returns policy at Returns & Exchanges for timelines, inspection criteria and any fees.

Pricing is tailored. Typical components: storage (charged per STORAGE_UNIT_TEXT per month), a pick-and-pack fee per order, and any value-added services (kitting, inserts, subscriptions/fulfilment etc.). Example: a brand with 100 orders/month and 5 pallets of stock will receive a tailored quote breaking these costs out. We’ll provide a transparent quote during onboarding.

Absolutely. Our warehouse is secure and climate-stable for dry supplements and cosmetics; we maintain batch and expiry tracking so out-of-date stock is never shipped. We follow good storage and traceability practices to avoid commingling lots. We can support additional compliance checks during onboarding (labelling review, batch records, documentation). If you require formal claims about regulatory status (for example TGA registration), discuss this with us — don’t include therapeutic claims unless the product is appropriately registered.
